Annex II

On instructions from my Government, I have the honour to transmit to you herewith the procurement and distribution plan for phase XII as submitted by the Republic of Iraq pursuant to the memorandum of understanding signed on 20 May 1996 between the Government of Iraq and the United Nations Secretariat and Security Council resolution 1409 (2002).  My Government trusts that the plan will be approved shortly and will submit the related annexes within the next few days.
