Iraq, Kuwait agree on handing over new Kuwaiti properties

Iraq and Kuwait agreed on handing over the archive of Kuwait museum and what have the Iraqi authorities recently found of Kuwaiti properties on the 3rd of January at the headquarters of the United Nations Iraq-Kuwait Observation Mission (UNIKOM) at Um-Qasr.

A spokesman for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs said that the handing over operation would be carried out with the participation of (UNIKOM) delegation.

Iraqi custom authorities have recently found and confiscated the said properties which include (5000) swords, paintings and other materials belong to the ruling family.
