Iraq Invites Blix , Al - Baradei

Adviser of the Presidency Office, Dr. Amer Al - Sa'di invited UNMOVIC and IAEA heads to visit Baghdad as soon as possible.

The invitation came in a letter addressed to Mr. Blix and Al - Baradei to discuss means of stepping up joint cooperation between Iraq and the two UN bodies on pending issues.

The letter pointed out that the Iraqi side achieved a remarkable progress in answering most of issues mentioned in UNMOVIC document dated 6/3/2003.

Dr. Al - Sa'di expressed hope that the meeting could be opportunity to discuss a number of administrative and commercial issues presented recently by the IAEA.
