I would like to say three points on the US allegation that China's assisting Iraq in building air defense system:

First, as a permanent member of the UN Security Council, China has all along carried out all the Security Council’s resolutions on the question of Iraq strictly and conscientiously.

Secondly, the unilateral military act the US and UK taken against Iraq recently by circumventing the UN Security Council has totally violated the UN Charter and norms governing the international relations and it is only natural that it has been widely condemned by the international community.
